The hotel was fairly clean with genuinely helpful and responsive staff with the friendly service provided by staff. The location was incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. You could walk to a shopping centre and a market.

booked a room with beautiful views, and the staff were thoughtful and exceptionally friendly people with the friendly service provided by staff. a strong wifi and a chair worked well and the bed was very comfy. location: the hotel was adjacent to the alley and an excellent vegan restaurant. spent here 2 great days and would come here again.

Funky-style building, extremely spacious rooms with fan and sunlight, for example. Amazingcentral location and good breakfast.

The room was new-fashioned and huge with big windows, appreciated it. The staff was exceptional and nice, everything was brand-new.

I had a great stay at YK Art House. The location was perfect, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the communal areas were fantastic, with a pool table, library, and swimming pool. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even going above and beyond to send our forgotten items to us. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Satisfactory breakfast in the restaurant was a nice touch. The good and amazing location was just close to Library. The service was friendly, the food was amazing! The staff was willing to help, they made our stay as lovely as possible.

The size of the room was good and the bathroom was clean and modern. the hotel was in a great spot, close to many stores and restaurants. I also really appreciated the friendly greetings from the staff.

I had a very disappointing stay during Christmas. The room was excessively noisy due to the busy road outside, making it impossible to sleep.

The room was big size and nice styled, it had a shower, hair dryers and a bidet. The location was marvellous, for example, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. It took us 20 minutes' walk to reach downtown, and the staff were very-very nice...

It has marvellous and stunning setting and a short walk to a palace and a Royal palace.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great air conditioning system to keep me cool during the hot weather. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay.

There were a few issues that detracted from my overall experience. the lunch options were quite expensive compared to local Khmer food prices, which made it less appealing to dine at the hotel.
